Friends,
In support of you bringing more self-care into your 2025, I offer this itty bitty class. I can hardly call this a “yoga practice”- this is more me being a friend and showing you how you can use yoga in the middle of the day, or anytime, to re-center your mind and calm your body. I drop down on the floor and do these poses at some point pretty much every day, sometimes more than once! Perfect if you are feeling tired, stiff, sore, busy or just need a break.
