Welcome to my second Yogafix podcast! Happy Hips + Hamstrings. This trio of poses is well known by my clients.. and for good reason! The particular combo of stretches does a fantastic job of relaxing and opening up not only the hips and hamstrings but also the low back and even shoulders and chest. It is a slightly longer “quick” practice (12 minutes) but WELL worth it. These are three stretches I myself do regularly and I always feel better afterwards. (Always!)
