Straight to the point: it’s the holidays and time to shop! Let me assist you!

The Gift of Self-Care. I’m a maker and so is Brad so it’s not surprising that we made some truly amazing Body Products this year!!! From Orange Creamsicle Lip Balm to Rejuvenate Face Oil, we here at B + C Body Restoratives have worked diligently to offer these healthy, non-toxic (and most often organic) offerings. The Gift of Yoga. In 25 years of teaching, one of my favorite classes to offer is my online yoga class. This is a gentle, relaxing class offered live on Zoom Tuesdays at 5:45 p.m. (and the 45 minute class is recorded for those who can’t make it live.) Click on a zoom link, turn your camera off and enjoy being guided through this mellow class in the comfort of your own home! A perfect gift for that special someone in your life who can’t (yet) touch their toes.

The Gift of Health. Do you have a friend or family member in need of health support? A Health Coach Consult with me may be just the thing! In person, online or over the phone this one-on-one session with me will help your loved one achieve their health goals. Whether it’s getting on track with an exercise plan or focusing on diet clean up, a consult with me is a thoughtful gift for the New Year.
